TIBO is operated by Juliana Villamil, based in New Jersey, USA. By creating an account or using TIBO, you agree to these terms.
TIBO turns material you upload (syllabi, slides, PDFs, recordings) into study plans, flashcards, quizzes, and notes. It's a study aid built to help you study your own real material faster — it is not a substitute for attending class, reading assigned material, or your professor's own guidance, and it does not guarantee any grade or exam outcome.
You must be 18 or older to create a TIBO account.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for what you upload. Don't upload material you don't have the right to use, or anything containing another student's private information without their consent. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
Study plans, flashcards, quizzes, and notes are generated by AI from your own uploaded material — see our AI Disclosure for how we keep that content grounded in your real material, and its limits. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You own the material you upload; the study content TIBO generates from it is yours to use for your own studying.
TIBO is provided "as is." We work to keep AI-generated content accurate and grounded in your material, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, and we're not liable for academic outcomes, missed material, or decisions you make based on TIBO's output. Always verify anything you're unsure about against your own material or your professor before an exam.
TIBO offers a free preview (build one study plan, no card required) and a paid TIBO Pro subscription at $9.99/month, billed in USD. TIBO Pro includes a 5-day free trial — your card is charged $9.99 only when the trial ends, not when it starts. Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Profile → Manage subscription inside the app — it takes one tap, stops future billing immediately, and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.

Payment is handled by Hotmart, an independent payment processor — they collect and store your card details directly, TIBO never sees or stores them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you're located outside the USA, your local consumer protection laws that can't be waived by contract still apply to you.
We may update these terms as TIBO evolves. We'll email active users of material changes before they take effect.
